Our office and headquarters is located outside of Detroit, Michigan. 

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order by logging into your online account.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so please contact our customer service team ASAP to see if it's possible to make a change. Please have your order number and email address ready for a customer service representative to properly assist you. Changes to your order are NOT garanteed. 

Shipping policy

We ship multiple warehouses and store around the US. However, the majority of our products are shipped from the Metro-Detroit area. We usually try to provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days depending on where you are in the country, but usually most of our orders do arrive sooner that 5 business days.

Returns and exchanges

Of course! We offer a 14-day hassle free return policy. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply log onto our Returns Center and fill out the information. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
